If you have selected to use one of Symlabs' products in your project, there is no-one more qualified to install and configure the functionality that you require than Symlabs' own engineers. At this phase of your project, you will be installing and configuring a variety of products to work in conjunction with each other. This requires a thorough knowledge of the different products that you are using within your solution.
Symlabs' extensive experience with different directory servers, database systems and client applications, along with the knowledge of its own products, means that our engineers are well suited to this work. By making use of our Professional Services team, your project can be deployed more quickly and with less trouble. Our team is capable of working either remotely or on-site to perform installations. Remote configuration work can be facilitated either by providing working configuration files that can be copied to the servers, or by establishing a direct connection to the servers that need to be configured. This approach to configuring systems is used by the Symlabs Professional Services team frequently when working with middle sized or large deployments.Our engineers are comfortable working in any environments and have experience working with a wide range of underlying operating systems and their facilities.

Symlabs Professional Services assisted with the deployment of Symlabs Directory Extender for a Belgian telecommunications company. Our engineers were on-site assisting with the configuration and installation of the virtual directory software through the deployment. In this way, the team was able to pass on their knowledge and experience to the staff who would continue to administer the product.
Symlabs assisted a major Mexican bank with the installation and configuration of Symlabs Directory Extender. During this phase of the project, Symlabs engineers were sent to Mexico to work on-site. Installation and configuration also required some custom development work.
Symlabs assisted a swiss anti-aircraft artillery manufacturer with the configuration of Symlabs LDAP Proxy to help integrate Numara Footprints with multiple Active Directory instances. Symlabs was able to perform this configuration remotely by exchanging configuration files with the customer.
